Dear Cooper,
Oh, sweet boy… you have been so incredibly anticipated.
Long before you ever made your grand entrance into the world, you were already deeply loved, prayed for, and dreamed about. There was so much excitement surrounding the day your family would finally get to hold you in their arms, and when that day finally arrived, it was every bit as beautiful and joyful as everyone had imagined. You are such a precious answer to so many hopes, and what a gift it is to see you finally here.
One of my favorite parts of this journey has been watching your mama long before she ever became “Mom.” I’ve had the joy of knowing her as the world’s sweetest auntie, always showing up for her nieces and nephews with so much love. She never missed an opportunity to celebrate them, spoil them, and make sure they had beautiful memories captured through photographs. She has always loved children so wholeheartedly, and it has been so special to witness that same love now poured into you.
And your daddy… what a joy it is to watch him step into fatherhood alongside her. The way the two of them look at you says everything. Their eyes are filled with gratitude, wonder, and a love that’s impossible to put into words. You can already tell that your life is going to be surrounded by encouragement, laughter, and unwavering love.
Your newborn session was filled with so much peace. Every little stretch, every tiny yawn, every sleepy cuddle felt like a reminder that sometimes the sweetest moments are also the quietest ones. These are the days that will someday feel like they passed by in the blink of an eye, even though right now they’re soaking in every second with you.
Cooper, I hope one day you look back at these photographs and see just how cherished you were from the very beginning. Before you could say a single word or take your first steps, you were already changing lives simply by being here. Your arrival brought so much happiness to the people who love you, and your story is only just beginning.
To your sweet mom and dad, thank you for allowing me to witness this incredible chapter of your lives. It has been such an honor to celebrate this long-awaited blessing with you. My heart is so full watching your family begin this beautiful new adventure together.
