Dear Preston & Grayson,
Walking into this session with you two felt emotional for me in the very best way. Preston, I truly cannot believe we are already here at your high school graduation season. I feel like I have blinked, and suddenly the little boy I have photographed for almost his entire life is standing here ready for such an exciting new chapter. Getting to document these milestones for your family over the years has been one of the greatest honors, and this session felt extra special because it carried so much joy, pride, and love all wrapped into one beautiful evening.
Preston, watching you grow into the person you are today has been incredible. You have this calm confidence and kindness about you that makes people feel instantly comfortable around you. Your family looks at you with so much pride, and honestly, they should. Graduation is such a huge milestone, and seeing you standing on the edge of everything ahead of you is incredible. There is so much goodness waiting for you in this next season of life, and I already know you are going to do amazing things.
And Grayson… you are just as wonderful. Hearing all about your future plans and thinking of you here next made me so unbelievably proud of you too.
I kept smiling thinking about the last time I saw you together, surfing together in Orange County, and now here we are documenting another huge chapter in your story. Life moves so quickly, and seeing you with your family during this season felt really meaningful. You both have such steady, joyful spirits, and it is obvious how deeply loved you are by everyone around you.
One of my favorite things about your family is how naturally connected you all are. The laughter comes so easily, the teasing is constant in the best way, and underneath all of it is so much genuine love and support for one another. You can feel it in every interaction.
I could not be prouder of both of you. Truly. Watching your lives unfold over the years has been such a gift to me, and I already know this is only the beginning of so many amazing things ahead. I cannot wait to keep cheering you both on through every exciting chapter still to come.
