It was so nice to meet you, Capri!! We loved seeing you and your mom and dad at the studio; they told us so much about you. When they had just gotten married, they took a honeymoon to Italy, and had some of the best times of their lives while they were there. In fact, they had such a good time, and loved it SO much, that they wanted you to know that youβre the culmination of all the best times in their lives. Youβre the representation of everything they loved and their love for each other, just like that trip was. So, little one, they named you after something they experienced on that trip: they named you Capri.
While weβve just had the honor of meeting you, Capri, your parents have known each other forever. Theyβve known each other since they were almost as little as you! (Okay, that might be stretching it a bit, but itβs been a LONG time). Theyβve grown and changed so much over the years, and theyβre so excited to continue their journey with you. Weβre SO grateful that your family included us in the next part of their adventure together, and we canβt wait to see the type of superstar you turn out to be.
Youβre already a superstar! Your mom, taking her inspiration from Italian fashion, showed up in the CUTEST lemon-patterned dress that I couldnβt help but stage an entire scene around it! And Capri, you make the most precious little lemon drop — we wrapped you up tight and just loved on you all day, youβre breaking the internet with how cute and perfect you are. You havenβt even opened your eyes yet, and the world adores you. Capri, no matter what happens, know that your parents and your family adores you, and youβre going to go so far (maybe as far as Italy!). We just hope that we get to see it happen.
