Happy belated birthday, Sam! Donβt tell the others, but all the fireworks and celebrating on New Yearsβ was just for you — well, for you and your dad –which made this the perfect time to update your family pictures and give you a little extra love. We had an absolute blast with you and your siblings, Brielle and Max, to reign in the New Year and give us something to celebrate going into 2021! Thank you for the opportunity for a little party at the end of a very wild year, and thank you for letting us laugh and bring you some joy in return.
If we were laughing, though, it couldnβt hold a candle to Maxβs. Itβs been a while since weβve seen someone who loves to laugh as much as him! His laughter is downright infectious, and weβre so glad to have something nice infect us after all of the health worries in 2020. It was easy to capture the joy of your family when you barely stopped smiling. Hopefully your cheeks didnβt hurt too bad afterward, but if they did, at least it was the good kind of hurt — the soreness you get in your tummy from laughing too hard, which you also might have experienced after out time playing together.
Max wasnβt the only superstar, though — Brielle was an absolute rock star with the glitter on our spring set! Sorry to your mom and dad; sheβs got the glitter-mania now and youβre never going to get it out of your carpets or clothesβ¦ Trust us, there are worse curses to have, and when we saw how happy Brielle was when we got out the glitter, the next however-many years of cleaning up sparkles feels more than worth it. Weβll be sure to set her up an extra-extra sparkly birthday set.
Until then — happy birthday, Sam. We hope this new year brings you nothing but joy and happiness. You deserve all the sparkles in the world, and weβre so, so grateful that you included us in your happiness for a day. Hereβs hoping for many more days to come.
