Millie, youβre the squishiest, cutest, sweetest baby weβve ever seen! We loved meeting you and your family today and getting to take pictures to capture one of the most important times of your lives. You probably wonβt remember this moment until your mom and dad take out the photo album years later (probably to embarrass you in front of people, no doubt), but when you do look back, we hope youβll be able to see what a perfect, happy baby you were, and what a wonderful childhood youβre going to have had.
Speaking of happy, Millie– you just couldnβt stop smiling the entire time! What were you thinking about?? Maybe you were thinking about puppies, or kittens, or puppies and kittens cuddling with each other (donβt worry, we think about that a lot, too!), but whatever it was, you had the most serene smile on your face. We didnβt even have to say cheese! And you were happiest when you were wrapped up in your momβs arms, snuggling with her and knowing that youβll always be safe with her around. Your mom and dad love you so much, Millie, and even if they pass around your baby album despite protests (MOM, youβre embarrassing me!!), youβll know that theyβve loved you since the very first moment they knew you.
We hope when your mom and dad show you pictures of when you were growing up, you get to see this again. You get to know that thereβs never been a single moment in your life where you werenβt loved. And, Millie, we might not be able to see into the future, but we can tell you with absolute certainty that your parents will never stop loving you, and your mom will always want you to feel safe and smile when youβre in her arms. We canβt wait to see you grow up, and we hope you visit again soon.
