Penny, what a magical evening on the beach together! I can’t believe how much you’ve grown, sweet girl. It feels like just yesterday I was capturing your tiny newborn toes, and now here you are, dancing along the beach in your ballet slippers with the biggest, brightest smile! It was the most perfect June evening for your Ballerina on the Beach Dream session at Headlands Beach, and you made it truly special.

You absolutely loved exploring the beach, finding treasures tucked in the sand and climbing on the driftwood like the fearless, curious girl you are. Each shell you discovered was a new adventure, and I loved watching your eyes light up as you ran to show Mom and Dad your latest find.

And when you saw the barre set up on the beach, you were ready! Watching you practice your positions with the waves behind you was like watching a little dream in motion. You were so focused and so proud, and it was the sweetest thing seeing you turn to Mom and Dad with that big smile after every twirl.

And those flowers, Penny! You loved them so much—holding them in your hands, twirling with them in your dress, and giving them sweet little sniffs as you giggled. They were like a little sprinkle of extra magic for your evening.

You also loved seeing all the dresses we brought along! You carefully peeked at each one, touching the tulle and lace with so much excitement, even though you chose to stick with the beautiful dress you wore. And oh, what a perfect choice it was! It was made for twirling, and every spin you took turned into a swirl of happiness and flowing fabric.

One of my favorite parts of the evening was seeing you dance with Mom and Dad in the sand. The three of you laughing and moving together as the sun began to set over the lake was simply beautiful. You are so very loved, Penny, and it shows in every giggle, every dance, and every sparkle in your eyes.

Thank you for letting me capture another beautiful chapter in your story. You are such a special girl, Penny, and it is the greatest honor to watch you grow. I already can’t wait for the next time we get to dance, laugh, and explore together.
