Arnold Family!!
Mommy mentioned that this was something like our 21st session together, and I had to stop and think about it. Twenty-one?! But when I look back at all of the memories we’ve made, it’s absolutely true. We have been together for so long, and every single time is full of love, laughter and joy. This session was no exception.
We could not have asked for a more perfect fall day at Brecksville Reservation. The leaves were glowing in shades of gold and orange, the sun was warm, and the air had that crisp autumn feeling that makes you want to stay outside forever. Praise God for days like this one! It felt extra special to be back at Brecksville Reservation, the same place where we did Mommy’s maternity session years ago. What a full circle moment.
Jack, you are growing into such a kind and fun big brother. Your smile is contagious, and the way you look out for your little brother is so sweet to watch. Chip, your giggles could light up the whole park! You two were the best of buddies all afternoon, hugging, laughing and racing each other across the bridge and down the trail.
One of my favorite parts of the day was heading down to the water to skip stones. Watching you boys search for the perfect flat rock and cheer every time one skipped across the water was pure childhood magic. Those are the moments I hope you hold onto forever.
Mom and Dad, thank you for trusting me with your family’s story year after year. Getting to watch Jack and Chip grow up through my camera is one of the greatest gifts of what I do. I cannot wait for session number 22!
